About the Founder
The Veranda was founded by Vladislav Mikulenko, a construction expert with over 20 years of experience and more than 40 completed projects in Eastern Europe — including private homes, cultural landmarks, and public infrastructure.
He is a recipient of multiple national and international honors for construction excellence and architectural leadership. His awards include the Technology and Innovation Award (2023), a top prize at the International Scientific Research Competition (2024), and the title of Best Leader in the Construction Sector (2025), awarded for his work on a major cultural complex.
Vladislav is also the author of peer-reviewed scientific articles on rural housing transformation and sustainable construction practices. His deep expertise, strategic thinking, and personal responsibility are at the core of every project delivered by The Veranda.
